a) Must have a Master’s degree or a four-year Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in any subject from a recognized university.
b) There must be at least 02 (two) first division/class marks in the Secondary School Certificate/equivalent and above examinations. Government policies will apply to the results of the grading system.
c) 3rd division/class will not be accepted at any stage.
d) In the case of results published through the grading system, the Ministry of Education dated 02/06/2009 and 02/03/2010
As per Notification No. SHIM/SH:11/5-1(Part)/582 and SHIM/SH:11/19-1/2007/174, the previous 1st and 2nd division/class fre will be determined against the current prevailing GPA or, as the case may be, CGPA:
(1) In case of S.S.C. or equivalent and H.S.C. or equivalent examination results – GPA 3.00 or 7H First Division _GPA 2.00 or above but less than 3.00 Second Division
(2) In case of CGPA given by the approved university, the CGPA obtained will be given in equivalent category.
6. Age: The candidate’s age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 18/11/2024.

The applicant will have to pay the fee using their own or agent account through the prepaid payment method through “Rocket”.
10. Application procedure:
A. Online Registration: Apply
You have to apply online by filling in the prescribed form. Detailed terms and conditions for submitting the application
B. CV ID Number: Existing CV ID Number and Password of the candidate previously registered in the Bangladesh Bank system.
Applications must be submitted using | New candidates will need to complete their online registration and a CV ID Number and
You will receive a password which must be saved for future use (more than one CV cannot be created for a candidate).
C. Candidate Details: Candidate’s name, father’s and mother’s names and date of birth must be written in the online application as per SSC or equivalent certificate.
D. Candidate’s current address: The candidate’s current place of residence and the address where he/she wishes to receive the recruitment success letter should be mentioned as the current address.
6. Permanent address of the candidate: The permanent address mentioned in the nationality certificate issued by the candidate’s Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor should be mentioned as the permanent address of the candidate. Married female candidates can use their husband’s address as their permanent address. However, if a candidate gets married after submitting the application, they can change their permanent address in favor of their husband’s permanent address subject to proper proof.
F. Photo: Previously registered candidates can use their existing photos, but new candidates must scan and upload a color photo (with white background) taken not more than three months ago, with a size of 600×600 pixels and file size not exceeding 100 KB, at the designated location. Face and ears cannot be covered while taking the photo. Black and white photos and informal photos will be considered invalid if the candidacy is uploaded.
G. Signature: Scan and upload the candidate’s own signature (300×80 pixels and file size not exceeding 60 KB) in the designated space. The signature must be in black ink on white paper.
H. Date of Result of Degree Obtained: The date of publication of the results of the relevant degree as published by the Examination Controller must be mentioned.
I. Foreign degree holders: If they have passed edt <0” Level and “A” Level, then an equivalent certificate issued by the relevant domestic education board and if they have obtained a degree from a foreign university, then a document containing information about the DTH and results (including mention of class/division/GPA/CGPA) as per the equivalent certificate issued by the relevant domestic university/University Granting Commission/Ministry of Education or appropriate authority must be submitted to the checking board at the time of the oral examination. Otherwise, the candidate will not be able to participate in the oral examination.
A. Institution Preference: In the online application, the candidate will have to determine the order of institution preference by considering each institution mentioned in the recruitment notification. The finally nominated candidate will be nominated for appointment in the concerned institution subject to the availability of vacant posts as per their acquired (ie. and preference mentioned in the online application. The order of institution preference applied for cannot be changed under any circumstances after submission of the application.
K. Application Fee Payment Method: The fee has to be paid using the “Bill Pay” option of Dutch Bangla Bank PLC’s Mobile Financial Service (MES) “Rocket” app or manual method. In this case, Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat or 499 has to be selected as the Biller ID for paying the fee in both the Rocket app or manual mode. Later, the fee has to be paid using the relevant 101 ID Number, the 1st part of your CV ID Number [the part before the hyphen (-)], the amount of the fee along with the necessary information. After paying the fee, the candidate will receive a Transaction ID (11) number in the message option of the mobile. Using the received TxnID number, the candidate must complete the Payment Verify separately in the following manner. Otherwise, the application will remain incomplete.

l. Payment Verify: The candidate will have to complete the Payment Verify by entering the TxnlD received after paying the fee in the specified field of the Bangladesh Bank erecruitment site. If an applicant does not complete the Payment Verify, he will not be able to download the Admit Card later.
Dr. Tracking Page Association: After the payment verification is completed, the candidate will be provided with a Tracking Page containing the Tracking ID Number. The Tracking Page should be saved for future use. Under no circumstances will a duplicate copy of the Tracking Page be provided after the specified time.
N. In the online application, the candidate’s name, father’s and mother’s name, permanent address, date of birth, photo, signature and other information must be filled in very carefully and accurately. Subject to verification of the overall information, photo, signature, etc. provided in the application, the initially eligible candidate will be given the opportunity to participate in the examination. Applications containing incomplete/incorrect information will be rejected without any communication.
11. Initially, the notification regarding the admit card of eligible candidates and the date of the selection examination will be published in due course on the recruitment website of Bangladesh Bank and in the national daily newspaper.
12. The candidate will have to participate in the preliminary selection, written and oral examinations.
13. Candidates will have to submit any documents during the online application 1 | Candidates who have passed the written examination will have to submit appropriate certificates/certificates in support of each information provided in the online application on the day of the oral examination. If any serious error is found during the verification of the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate in the online application, the opportunity to participate in the oral examination will not be given. Moreover, even if any error is observed during the preparation of the panel after the oral examination, the candidate will not be included in the panel.
14. Job seekers must apply with prior approval from their employing authority and must produce a copy of the said approval on the day of the oral examination.
15. The latest government policies and other rules and regulations regarding quotas will be followed properly in recruitment.
16. The concerned banks and financial institutions will make final appointments following their respective rules and regulations.
